How much does an engagement cost?
Process Discovery ranges from $7,500 to $15,000 depending on practice size and complexity. Automation Build projects range from $15,000 to $50,000. How long does a typical engagement take?
Process Discovery takes 2–4 weeks. Automation Build projects run 4–12 weeks depending on scope. Managed Optimization is ongoing with monthly or quarterly review cycles. Most practices see their first automation live within 30 days of starting a build engagement.
What should we expect during Process Discovery?
We’ll embed in your practice (on-site or remotely) for 1–2 weeks. Using AI-powered transcription, we capture conversations with staff across departments — front desk, clinical, billing, management. We map every workflow, identify bottlenecks, and quantify the revenue impact of each one. You’ll receive a prioritized roadmap with dollar amounts attached to every recommendation.
Do you actually build the solutions or just recommend them?
We build. That’s what sets us apart from traditional consulting firms. After discovery, we design and implement the automations, integrations, SOPs, and dashboards your practice needs. Then we train your team and provide go-live support. We don’t hand you a PDF and walk away.
What kind of ROI can we expect?
